The Unicorn Hotel is a Marston's pub in the village of Gunthorpe, to the east of Nottingham. There are a few vegan options which are clearly marked on the menu.
The pub is in a beautiful spot next to the River Trent, close to Gunthorpe Lock. It's a great place to sit outside and watch the boats going past and you can take a nice walk along the riverbank.
