The Golden Fleece
The Golden Fleece is a really nice pub on Mansfield Road which has been taken over by the owner of the Angel Microbrewery (and former owner of the Alley Café). There's a roof terrace which is nice in the summer. They sometimes have DJs and live music.
There are a few vegan food options on the menu and there are vegan cask and keg beers. Roast dinner is served on Sunday.

I booked an Airbnb room on Saturday June 10th. We arrived to find a piece of cardboard replacing a smashed out window. The room was dusty and filthy. There was a stained mattress with no protector. It was so gross we didn’t stay and went home. The owner Marc has been nothing but rude and refused to refund me saying it was my fault for not asking for it to be cleaned. Who does that? Greedy business owners with no regard for customers. Don’t go there.
